LETIX, the Law Enforcement Technology Information Exchange is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 founded in 2002 that combines industry expertise with relationships throughout the law enforcement community. This combination of skills and contacts creates a unique capability to deliver innovative solutions that combat the growing instances of identity theft. Today, LETIX operates LUCID , the LETIX Universal Case Identification Database. LUCID allows participating industry partners to seamlessly interact with 1,000's of independent law enforcement agencies across the United States while providing tools for law enforcement investigators to collaborate across jurisdictions.
